No Contact, Now What?

Fri, Jun 20 | 2:00PM - 3:00PM UTC
In this session we will discuss the aftermath of cutting out toxic individuals. Self-Doubt, guilt, rumination and pain are common feelings we endure after going no contact, especially during a smear campaign. However, there are moments of freedom, release, and closure that we should celebrate. We'll meet to discuss shedding the negative and leaning into the positive to remind ourselves that our peace is worth the temporary and unpleasant feelings.

Why Peer Support Matters for Boundary setting

Establishing and maintaining boundaries is crucial for emotional well-being, yet many people struggle with it—especially in relationships where guilt, fear, or obligation play a role. Peer support sessions on boundary setting allow participants to practice assertiveness, hear how others have handled similar challenges, and build the confidence to protect their energy and values. Knowing others have your back makes boundary setting feel less lonely and more empowering.
