Parents' Sanctuary: Self-Care and Childcare
Wed, Jun 18 | 12:00AM - 1:00AM UTC
Parenting is a beautiful, demanding journey that often leaves little time for your own care. This weekly session offers a restorative space for parents to pause, breathe, and reconnect—with themselves and with each other. Join meditation facilitator and mindful parenting advocate Natasha Fong in a nurturing space where we blend calming practices like Non-Sleep Deep Rest (NSDR) and Yoga Nidra with supportive discussions around the emotional and mental load of parenting.
Whether you're in the thick of toddlerhood or navigating teen years, you’ll leave with tools and support to feel more grounded, present, and recharged.
Session Goals & Outcomes:
✨ Learn mindfulness-based practices to manage stress and parental overwhelm
✨ Cultivate emotional resilience and grounded presence during everyday parenting challenges
✨ Explore self-care rituals that are actually sustainable with a packed schedule
Connect with a supportive community of parents who truly understand
🎤 Speaker Bio: Natasha Fong — Meditation Facilitator & Mindful Parenting Advocate
Before becoming a parent, Natasha led global teams in corporate strategy. But it was motherhood—raw, transformative, and often overwhelming—that called her into the world of meditation, self-care, and community healing.
Today, Natasha supports fellow parents in reclaiming rest and presence through tools like Yoga Nidra, NSDR, and mindfulness practices. She brings empathy, humor, and deep personal insight to her work, holding space for the highs and lows of parenting.
Join her to reset, restore, and return to yourself—because your well-being matters too.

Why Peer Support Matters for Parenthood
Parenthood is rewarding, but it can also be overwhelming, isolating, and full of unexpected challenges.
