Listen to a few Christian songs together on YouTube (worship, gospel, CCM, etc.)

Engage in a guided discussion or faith-based activity (like journaling, prayer prompts, or a Bible verse unpacking)

Share personal faith experiences, challenges, and encouragement.

End with a prayer or blessing for the week ahead.

The mystery of always being happy lies in understanding that happiness is not a destination but a journey shaped by our mindset and daily choices. It begins with gratitude—acknowledging the good in your life fosters a positive outlook. Happiness is also rooted in self-awareness, knowing what truly matters to you and aligning your actions with those values. Letting go of comparisons and accepting imperfections is crucial; no one’s life is flawless.

Strong relationships are another cornerstone—surround yourself with supportive, positive people. Engage in activities that bring you joy and challenge yourself to grow. Regular exercise, healthy eating, and good sleep are underrated happiness boosters. Mindfulness and staying present reduce stress and amplify joy in the moment.

Giving back and showing kindness to others elevate your sense of purpose. Limit negativity in your environment, whether from toxic people or too much media consumption. Be adaptable—life will throw challenges, but resilience allows you to bounce back. Lastly, nurture optimism by focusing on what can go right instead of dwelling on fears.
