As a Board Certified Sexologist & Coach, I specialize in breaking free from the "shoulds" and overcoming shame around taboo topics and personal challenges. With over two decades of experience in adult education, sexuality education, and human rights advocacy, I blend research-backed knowledge with kindness and creativity, to make personal growth a more joyful and fulfilling process. I am the founder of Pleasure Wise Wellness, rooted in the belief that pleasure is an essential part of health and well-being for all. I support people through 1:1 and couples coaching sessions, online courses and classes, and in-person speaking & workshops.
