Led by wellness entrepreneur and yogi Goku Son Cloud, this interactive experience is designed to help you break through internal barriers, cultivate emotional strength, and reconnect to your authentic self. Each session invites you into mindful movement, breathwork, and deep reflection, followed by small group discussions to enhance connection and self-awareness. Come as you are, and leave feeling stronger, more grounded, and inspired. 🎤 Speaker Bio: Goku Son Cloud – Wellness Facilitator, Yoga Teacher, and Resilience Coach Goku Son Cloud is a 500HR-trained yoga instructor, certified NASM personal trainer, US Air Force veteran, and author with over 15 years of experience in wellness and healing arts. A former Shaolin Monk apprentice and multi-discipline martial artist, Goku’s teachings weave together somatic awareness, trauma-informed practices, and ancient wisdom to foster resilience, mindfulness, and holistic well-being. Passionate about creating inclusive, soul-centered spaces, Goku specializes in helping individuals break through stuckness and reconnect with their highest potential. His sessions draw from yoga, mobility training, energy work, and creative expression—offering a unique, embodied path to personal empowerment and transformation.
