About this Group
Military spouses, active-duty personnel, and veteran moms are welcome to attend this online group to help you connect with other parents, talk about your experience, and learn about helpful tools and resources. The age range for this group is pregnancy to four years postpartum. Our trained peer facilitators are active-duty personnel and military spouses who understand the unique stress of military family life. No matter your rank, branch, or military status, all moms connected to the military are welcome. Conversations are confidential and judgment-free. We do not allow group observation by students or professionals. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding. ***The group space will be closed once we reach 16 members OR we have started talk time. ** 🔔 PLEASE NOTE: THIS GROUP IS FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE. We allow the first 16 members to join. Thank you for understanding! ✅Cameras are required during introductions for the safety of all group members. Please make sure your technology allows you to turn on your camera at least briefly for this portion of the session. ✅The session will take place via Zoom (from the ShareWell website), so make sure your device is compatible with the Zoom app. This may require updating or downloading the Zoom app. Note: This group is not for people processing the details and trauma of pregnancy and/or infant loss.
