I have had ADHD and anxiety ever since I was hit by a car during my teenage years, with improvement using Ayurvedic herbs,, meditation and the practice of yoga. Also emotional trauma from Narcissistic Abuse. Trying to find a balance keeping my heart open yet at the same time learning to set boundaries. Take comfort in music and grounding nature walks with my dog.
