What are 1-on-1s?

1-on-1s are private, 45-minute conversations with a trained Peer Specialist. They're structured, focused, and built around what you're navigating. They are not therapy, but they provide dedicated, personalized support grounded in lived experience.

Are 1-on-1s therapy?

No. 1-on-1s are peer support conversations led by trained Peer Specialists. They are not clinical therapy and do not replace mental health treatment.

What are Workshops?

Workshops are live, skill-building sessions led by Expert Coaches. They focus on practical growth topics like emotional regulation, communication, resilience, and more. Workshops are structured and interactive. You leave with tools you can apply immediately.

What's the difference between a Peer Specialist and an Expert Coach?

Peer Specialists provide 1-on-1 support grounded in lived experience and structured training. Expert Coaches lead Workshops focused on skill development and guided growth. Both offer meaningful support, just in different formats.

Do unused 1-on-1s roll over?

Yes. Included 1-on-1s roll over while your subscription remains active, up to your plan's cap. If you cancel or downgrade, any remaining included 1-on-1s expire at the end of your billing cycle.

Can I switch Peer Specialists?

Yes. You're never locked into one Specialist. You can try different Peer Specialists at any time to find the right fit.

Can I book a 1-on-1 without a subscription?

Yes. You can book 1-on-1s at the standard rate without a paid plan. Paid plans include discounted or included 1-on-1s.

Is there a contract or commitment?
