Hello there! I am here to recover from narcissistic abuse. After weathering the storm of abuse from a narcissistic mother (whom I went no contact with over four years ago), I recently ended a long-term friendship with someone whom I believe to be a narcissist as well. I want to break this cycle and seek support from peers who understand what this is like.
