I am an entrepreneur and business owner who works mostly with low income seniors, veterans and people with disabilities, helping them navigate government programs and Medicare/Medicaid. I've spent a lot of my life being strong for other people while quietly dealing with my own struggles behind the scenes. Recently, I walked away from an emotionally abusive relationship with someone whom had been in my life for 16 years, and going no contact has been one of the hardest but most necessary decisions I've ever made. I'm spiritual and grounded and focused on healing and rebuilding myself.
What I Hope to Share
I hope to contribute grounded support from both my life experience and the work I do helping others through difficult systems. I'm also hoping to gain perspective and support from people who understand what I'm going through and what real healing looks like.
What Brought Me to ShareWell
I came to Sharewell because healing in isolation started feeling too heavy after going no contact from an emotionally abusive relationship. I wanted a space where people actually understand the complexity of that kind of grief and detachment. I'm here fo real support, real conversations and people who are genuinely healing too..
