Hi! I'm Cassandra (AKA C-Love)... I hold a safe and sacred container for those who feel called to dive deep into their own healing work towards self love and wholeness. After decades of struggling with C-PTSD from my own sexual abuse in childhood, I eventually discovered the Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), Brainspotting, Somatic Attachment Therapy and quickly realized how transformational it is for moving through life's scariest challenges. This convinced me to get trained and certified in all 3 of these modalities so I may help others more deeply. EFT can be used as a lifelong coping tool for quick relief, and I'm on a mission to support others in their own journey home to themselves using EFT as a primary modality. My passion is helping people like you break through the cyclical patterns that repeat in your work, relationships, and finances so you can finally experience your true, innate, divine power and freedom from your past. The R.A.G.E. Release Method Release. Acknowledge. Ground. Express. Release Let it Out—Safely and Fully. Using EFT Tapping, Primal Sounds, and Movement, you access suppressed anger and start to FREE it from your nervous system. Acknowledge Meet What’s True. Tune into where the rage is living in your body. Be witnesses in a small group with sacred listening, no fixing, no interrupting. Ground Return To Your Center. After the peak release, we use soothing tools like Butterfly Tapping, EFT Tapping, Expansion Brainspotting, and Breathwork to return to a state of regulation and calm. Express Integrate and Embody. Through journaling, shared reflection, and breath, you begin to own your voice, your power, and the truth that's been buried. Ready to Rage, Tap & Rise? Your anger isn't too much. Your voice isn't wrong. Your fire is sacred. Let it out. Let it move. Let it lead you home. Bring a pillow Make sure you are somewhere safe you can be loud Wear comfy clothes Have room to stand up and still be on camera Bring paper you can write on and rip up & a pen Bring water This is a safe space to fully feel, express and release pent up frustration, anger, resentment and rage. This can also impact releasing generational anger from your system. Pre Homework is to think of someone specific or a specifric event that has happened that still lights you up with anger or frustration to ge the most out of this circle. What I Hope to Share

I’m hoping to contribute my experience of healing from extensive abuse as a child - (sexual abuse age 5-8, neglectful foster family experience, narcissistic mother, emotionally unavailable parents, repeated abusive partners through teenage years and twenties) I’ve definitely walked through the fires of hell to arrive where I am today - today I’m a mother to a beautiful 10 yr old who has zero awareness of any of the experiences i survived she has a healthy loving life experience a lot of generational chains were broken due the work I’ve done on myself - i also help women and a few men through my Pain into Power program move from surviving to thriving - I’m in a healthy loving relationship and my nervous system is balanced I’m truly in a space I never through possible and just want to keep supporting others in arriving in their version of their best life - what i hope to gain is real authentic aligned connections and community

Wanting to be more of service and share the wisdom I’ve gained in these two decades of healing myself and then working with others on their own healing journeys - if i can support someone in collapsing the time from from surviving to thriving I’ve paid the gift forward tenfold
