I prefer to be positive with a lightness of being, though I have been slipping away from my intentions. Actually, I am laughing...so I am fine and dandy. I am 73 years of age, "Asperger"s, HSP, empath, many TBIs, black sheep, left out of my family, which breaks my heart. I live alone, with no friends or community support. Rather reclusive. I love to knit hats of whimsy, and hand sew. A "puzzler", foods from scratch, I love Nature, I am grateful for my little world...I have a video of me on YouTube: Carol Van Dyke as "Carol & Friends"...

To create a sense of community for myself, and be sharing with other folks who feel challenged in their worlds. I really want to heal my heart & my body, and be strong, healthy & vibrant again.
