I've been a mental health patient AND a chronic pain patient for nearly 30 years. I understand the deeply isolating, entirely demoralizing effect they carry all too well. I want to meet you where you are, coming alongside in non-judgemental support of your wellness - WHATEVER that may look like! My mission is to help you envision the life you want to live and the person you want to be, and move towards that reality with the assurance that someone (who Gets It) has your back.

Living with chronic illness+pain+PSMI = an ongoing balancing act, walking a tightrope that's exactly as long as the days of our lives. At long last, I've found some semblance of stability that's serving me well right now. I'm excited to use this time to help others do the same.
