I am 65 years old certified peer support specialist in the state of PA. I experienced over a decade of abuse and neglect from two wounded parents. I am retired, disabled, and diagnosed with complex ptsd. I have found that working with others and sharing my experience with not only mental health recovery but addiction recovery has been beneficial to my overall wellness. I hope to connect with others and continue to heal.

I believe very strongly in peer support. It has been a life saver for me. I've been involved with psychological and psychiatric support for over 40 years and found that peer support was the missing piece in helping me heal and find my way to peace.
