I am no longer enmeshed in a family system IFS that made me the scapegoat, useful idiot and LOL cow. I got sober later in life, healed my body so I'm not in any more physical pain. Got the win and removed the stink that made me a victim. Trying to let go of the past by pushing forward. Becoming Red 💊 aware has improved my life greatly.
