My nervous system in constant survival mode has created much of my chronic illness. Through community and deep connection, I’m relearning how to live life the way I was intended to. My journey consists of self-discovery, understanding, compassion and learning what it means to truly love myself. Healing isn’t about being better, but becoming more of who I am, and loving myself unconditionally.
