Ive been healing and rebuilding for the last 10 months after exiting a 5 year toxic relationship with a covert narcissist. I'm a Veteran with PTSD. I quit drinking in 2023 and did intense EMDR therapy for 2.5 years. Quitting drinking was easier than healing from a trauma bond. Im here for support (give and receive) and community.

"Im a broken soul, & i live with a person that displays npd. Im at the point, in my healing journey where i e become stagnant. I am reaching for another format to help me move forward. John lead our small group, with kindness, allowing each of us to speak freely, yet keeping us on topic. John has a passion for the direction of healing laid out by Richard Gannon, outlined in his book ' the Cult of One. I felt empowered, & can't wait for the next group. If you are begining in the recognizing there is a Mpd in your mist or have fully seen into the 'Matrics, you'll find you have a safe place bere. John will welcome you & im confident all of us will too. ps please know there wAs NO air of judgement, & no hierarchy stance. John set the stage so i felt as an equal (with Nacassotic Abuse Recovery that's a very important place to be). Thank you & thanks to D & 26. I am Tracy Lee with my name stuck under my email address [email protected]"

"This was my first time in this group and I truly enjoyed it. The host was very personable, professional and authentic. The topics for discussion were very interesting and informative. The host made everyone feel seen, heard and safe. Everyone had ample time to share their thoughts and experiences. I would highly suggest this group for anyone seeking a support group that is on a healing journey dealing with people who are narcissist. I am looking forward to joining this group again. "
