(She/Her)
Survivor of complex trauma's that is seeking a community with like-minded people and friends who have gone through similar experiences. My healing journey has had lots of set backs and come backs, but I am proud of how far I've come. I think of trauma as something that flares up the fibers in our body. But when we start to heal it from trauma, we learn to adjust our sails as the tides get high and ride out the waves by embracing the uncertainty. I have a bachelor's degree in Social Work and Human Services so I love continuous learning and holding a safe space for others. I'm huge on personal growth and think we can always learn something from others especially when we are brave to share our experience. I'm also leaning towards getting my Masters in Social Work so I hope this inspires me to finally do it. I'm also a die heart Blink 182 fan and a dog mom to a beautiful Great Pyrenees named Wrangler. I love yoga, concerts, music, working on my house, riding dirt bikes, hiking in nature and anything and everything to do with being next to a body of water.

What I Hope to Share
I'm hope to contribute a safe place where people feel seen and heard. Maybe my story will be someone else's survival guide one day. I'm hoping to break old patterns and gain knowledge and apply these skills to my current practice.
What Brought Me to ShareWell
I found as an adult especially after trauma, it was hard for myself to trust others and made me become super duper hyper independent. Asking for help and receiving are still a work in progress for me.
