Hi, I'm Katherine 👋🏻, I'm in my mid 40s, recently have come out as gay/questioning to a handful of people, and am trying to figure out how to come out to my family and Christian friends. I have some mental health diagnoses including bipolar disorder, anxiety, and recently diagnosed ADHD. I am doing well overall, but could definitely use the support from group therapy, in particular regarding exploring my sexuality and possibly coming out to more people and with meditation to reduce anxiety.
