Both parents were addicts. My mother left when I was 2 with a pop up schedule of about every 2 yrs she’d stay for a month or two. My father raised me alone otherwise, largely in silence. Our communication was mostly written to do lists. I suffer from chronic pain, chronic kidney disease, MGUS, degenerative disc disease, arthritis, secondary hyperparathyroidism, ptsd, cptsd, MDD, GAD, panic disorder, COPD and illness anxiety disorder/avoidant. I’m constantly exhausted and trying to learn how to manage physical and mental challenges more effectively. Animals are my life love and watching videos about them is my go to when things are really bad. My dog is my saviour and the sweetest girl in the world!
