I am here to be a compassionate and accepting support as someone who has experienced significant and complex trauma that led to my own path of healing that is non-linear and shaped by the strength of my ancestors and culture. I am bilingual and would love to connect anyone who speaks Spanish or is from a different culture, as I believe learning and connecting with others fosters belonging and compassion which we all need. I hope to nurture the healing of mind, body, and soul by incorporating each individual's culture and knowledge into a path towards creating a fulfilling and authentic life.
