I’m a heart centered person who has had quite the journey. I believe that the darkness in our lives can teach us so much. I also find that balancing the dark with light, joyful creativity and playfulness is just as important. Outside of this, I love animals, music, and creative expression, and I try to bring that same sense of heart and authenticity into everything I do. I’m queer, gender fluid and neurodivergent.

"Cheesing so hard that my cheeks hurt coming out of this session, Julie is such a nurturing comforting presence for inner child healing practices. The prompts to reflect and share on were so insightful & I cant get enough of the cozy space & storytime at the end. As someone with severe childhood/life theme of trauma this group was so incredibly nurturing, feels so so good & warm. Thank you Julie, for everyone that held space & I can’t wait to be back in this space. I hope Julie loves hosting this space bc i adore & feel honored to receive/be held in it. Can’t say enough good about it! <3 "
"This group was so special 🥰 Inner child work can be so scary, so I loved the idea of having a light hearted comforting space to get to know my inner child a bit more. ❤️🩹 "

What I Hope to Share
I’ve had to do a lot of inner work to become the person I am today. That process has helped me build compassion, self awareness, and a gentle approach to healing that I now love sharing with others. I’m especially drawn to cozy, supportive environments that nurture the inner child in all of us. I value spaces that allow for introspection, softness, curiosity, and joy. My intention is always to help create a warm, welcoming atmosphere where everyone feels comfortable showing up exactly as they are.
What Brought Me to ShareWell
Therapy! I explained to my therapist how I would love to find more support and like minded friends. I’m disabled and experience chronic pain so it can be difficult for me to meet up in person. We decided that video groups would be ideal and a quick Google search led me to find Sharewell!
