I am recovering from a 7 years marriage with a narcissitic abusing wife. I lived in Costa Rica with 6 dogs surfing everyday. Now I am in cold Canada with no money and no dogs. I have to resume my career at 49. I have chronic insomnia. I just wanna sleep so I can resume the rest of my life.
