Tasha_Chi
(She/her)
I’ve spent the past several years as a primary caregiver while navigating grief, chronic stress, burnout, and my own health challenges. Those experiences reshaped how I think about responsibility, rest, identity, and what it means to rebuild a life instead of simply surviving one. Right now, I’m focused on rebuilding with intention. I’m learning how to care for myself with the same depth I’ve always offered to others, while creating a life that includes meaning, creativity, reflection, boundaries, and genuine connection. I also explore themes related to giftedness, high sensitivity, masking, burnout, and neurodivergence, especially through the lens of identity, healing, and human connection.

What I Hope to Share
Many of the spaces I host are reflective, low-pressure, structured-but-human, and welcoming to people who often feel a little “in-between” or difficult to categorize. I value emotional honesty, curiosity, humor, creativity, and conversations that allow people to show up as they are without needing to perform or have everything figured out yet. I hope to contribute thoughtful, supportive spaces where people feel seen, understood, and less alone. And in return, I hope to continue learning, healing, growing, and connecting with others who are navigating life with depth, self-awareness, and compassion.
What Brought Me to ShareWell
I originally joined Sharewell in February 2025 to find a new caregiving community. I stayed because I found a thoughtful, compassionate community that has supported me in my healing journey.
