(She /her )

I’m a mother of beautiful girls, a full-time employee, and a full-time student who is constantly trying to balance being there for everyone while still learning how to be there for myself. My journey hasn’t always been easy. After having my youngest daughter, I experienced anxiety in a way I never had before. Since then, I’ve been learning more about myself, my emotions, my triggers, and what it means to truly take care of my mental and emotional health. Life has continued to bring different challenges—motherhood, relationships, work, school, grief, and recently losing my mom. Through all of it, I’ve realized that I don’t always have to be the strong one or carry everything by myself. My story is still being written. I’m here because I want to heal, grow, understand myself better, and learn healthier ways to navigate the things life brings my way. I also hope that by being open about my experiences, I can connect with and encourage other people who may be going through some of the same things. ❤️

What I Hope to Share

I hope to contribute honesty, encouragement, support, and a safe space for others to feel heard and understood. I believe sometimes just knowing someone else can relate to what you’re going through can make a difference. I also hope to gain support, understanding, new perspectives, and healthier ways to cope with anxiety, stress, grief, motherhood, and everything life brings. Most importantly, I want to continue growing, healing, and learning how to give myself the same grace I give to everyone else. ❤️

What Brought Me to ShareWell

I came here because I’ve been through a lot of changes emotionally and mentally, especially after becoming a mom again. I’ve experienced anxiety and some postpartum struggles, along with everyday life stress, grief, relationships, motherhood, work, and school. Sometimes it can feel like a lot to carry at once. I wanted to join a space where I can talk openly with people who may understand what I’m going through, learn healthier ways to cope, and continue working on myself. I’m also hoping that by sharing some of my experiences, I may be able to help someone else feel a little less alone. ❤️
