My life is changing a lot right now and I have always sought self-development tools to support me. I am leaning into these tools as much as I can and I am grateful to be a ShareWell member since March 2023. I am now exploring hosting to further support myself and others. I am surviving narcissistic abuse, anxiety, depression, and starting to test for autism and ADHD. I am learning new communication skills lately to take off myself re: narc abuse and they are baby steps but I am starting!

"I hope I didn't talk too much! This was an interesting group for me and I LOVE talking with everyone in here today--I could have talked about this for hours! Lol. Thank you for putting up with my realizations in self-discovery. My "A-ha" moments got the best of me and I had to share. "Chatty Cathy" today. I LOVE Victoria as a host--I LOVE how she speaks to those in her sessions, it's so respectful, and validating--she HONORS each individual, and in doing so, she leads you to honor yourself.
