I’m a new first time parent. It doesn’t feel intuitive and I have little confidence in my abilities to be a good parent. I’m tired most of the time and will return to work soon but I don’t know how to trust anyone else to care for the baby during the day. My dog died after months of having a quickly advancing illness.
