My name is Aqshems and I live in Round Rock, TX. I have ADHD and high-functioning autism (HFA) and I am continually looking for ways to best manage my disabilities. Most of life, I lived with these disabilities unmanaged and undiagnosed. But after being diagnosed as an adult and learning more about the nature of my disabilities, I have realized the importance and necessity of managing my disabilities so that I can achieve my goals. I am currently a graduate student and studying remotely.

My mother has been very supportive of me as I sought to manage my disabilities and she recommended that I look for a virtual support group for neurodivergent persons like myself. My search brought me to ShareWell.
