I like to listen and ask questions and relate when possible. I think I can be a sounding board and company for others. I am hopeful for the possibility to process life and connect, maybe even collaborate towards mutual personal growth, without taking things too seriously.

I have been in traditional therapy for years and this looks like a new and different way to meet new people for a variety of experiences. I'm often lonely but struggle with social anxiety. I have a tendency to isolate and self sabotage but love connecting when the feeling is mutual. Hoping to find connection and skills to progress in life.
