"I rally enjoyed tonight's session, and the topic is fascinating because I never made a correlation between my narcissistic family, and hownit impacted my career choice, and the people that I worked with. I really liked thenmeditation box breathing exercise, and the journal prompts because it makes me realize that I have a lot to contribute to a career, as well as knowing what my boundaries are in my professional life. I am also reminded that I am empathic, kind, thoughtful and caring person, and I can still embody these characteristics, yet have firm boundaries and know l will not tolerate disrespect or inappropriate behaviour as I did in the past.
