What I Hope to Share

I hope to hear other stories and feel less alone and new perspectives on life and how to handle trauma and grief and pain and sadness while also feeling allowed to laugh and smile and enjoy the little things.

What Brought Me to ShareWell

I lost my 14 year old brother on March 31, 2026 due to complications from the flu. I am trying to learn how to navigate life and my feelings and grief in a way I never prepared myself to. I am just hoping to find some people who are feeling the same.
