73 yrs old. Diagnosed about 25 yrs ago. Have survived for about the last 20 years being mostly stable until Feb 2026. PC managed meds. Side effects of meds landed me in hospital. Have been trying to stabilize meds since then. Despite my family’s best intentions they don’t get it. And they don’t live with the stigma of mental illness.
