I have experienced a major amount of trauma. This has effected my mental health, which I recently was diagnosed with CPTSD, Social anxiety and have some BPD traits. Im trying to heal from being in toxic relashonships and also heal from shame and guilt from my actions tours others. Healing and overcoming my fears is my mission to discover what freedom and forgiveness tours others and myself.
