I’ve walked through mental health challenges, recovery, grief, addiction, anxiety, depression, career transitions, and ADHD, and I know how heavy life can feel when you’re carrying it alone. You don’t have to anymore. I am not an expert, but just a person with lived experience. I want to walk beside you on this journey we call life.
