Our group uses the grounded framework of the natural world, inspired by the seasonal healing cycles, to help you restore and connect with your own inner wisdom. We honor the fact that motherhood is not static-it moves, shifts, and changes, just like the seasons. What Makes Our Group Unique? Each series of meetings is dedicated to the energy and focus of the current season, providing a structured path for healing and growth: Spring- Renewal & Cleansing: Releasing expectations, gentle movement, planning for the future. Summer- Light & Expansion: Maximizing joy, setting boundaries, navigating social connections. Autumn- Harvest & Contemplation: Establishing effective routines, consolidating energy, inner reflection. ***Current Focus*** Winter- Rest & Relaxation: Prioritizing deep nourishment, managing isolation, embracing stillness. What to Expect in Every Session: * Warm Welcome & Clear Guidelines: We start with an emphasis on confidentiality and non-judgement to create a truly safe space. * Structured discussion: Guided Conversation on the season's specific theme to foster shared insight. * The Peer Check-in: A dedicated time for you to share your "Highs & Lows" of the week or recent past - Received with listening and validation, never unsolicited advice. * Guided Relaxation: A 10-15 minute meditation or centering exercise to ground you before heading back into the day. * Resource Sharing: Sharing of any resources between peers of any books/groups/podcasts/blogs/health practitioners, etc. found to be helpful on this journey. Babies Are Always Welcome!! This is a safe space where feeding, crying, and movement are normal and expected. Come as you are, exactly as you are. Who is your host? Kendall is a holistic nutrition coach whose practice is centered around prenatal and postpartum support. She is also a Birth & Bereavement doula credentialed through Stillbirthday. I am a mother, just like you, who wants to heal & build a community for all mothers to feel supported and heard.
