ShareWell Video Help

Chrome

  • When prompted, click "Allow" to let ShareWell use your camera.
  • If you don’t see a prompt, look for a camera icon in the address bar and ensure permissions are set to "Allow."
  • Ensure no other applications are using the camera.
  • Restart your browser if the camera isn’t working.

Safari

  • When prompted, click "Allow" to let ShareWell use your camera.
  • If you don’t see a prompt, click on "Safari" in the top menu, select "Settings for This Website," and set the camera to "Allow."
  • Safari allows only one tab to use the camera at a time.
  • If your camera stops working:
    • Close other tabs that might be using the camera.
    • Click the camera icon in the address bar and select "Resume" to restart the camera.

Edge

  • When prompted, click "Allow" to let ShareWell use your camera.
  • If you don’t see a prompt, click the lock icon in the address bar and ensure the camera is set to "Allow."
  • Ensure no other applications are using the camera.
  • Restart Edge if the camera isn’t working.

Firefox

  • Currently, ShareWell does not support Firefox. Please use Chrome or Safari for the best experience.
