ShareWell Video Help
Chrome
- When prompted, click "Allow" to let ShareWell use your camera.
- If you don’t see a prompt, look for a camera icon in the address bar and ensure permissions are set to "Allow."
- Ensure no other applications are using the camera.
- Restart your browser if the camera isn’t working.
Safari
- When prompted, click "Allow" to let ShareWell use your camera.
- If you don’t see a prompt, click on "Safari" in the top menu, select "Settings for This Website," and set the camera to "Allow."
- Safari allows only one tab to use the camera at a time.
- If your camera stops working:
- Close other tabs that might be using the camera.
- Click the camera icon in the address bar and select "Resume" to restart the camera.
Edge
- When prompted, click "Allow" to let ShareWell use your camera.
- If you don’t see a prompt, click the lock icon in the address bar and ensure the camera is set to "Allow."
- Ensure no other applications are using the camera.
- Restart Edge if the camera isn’t working.
Firefox
- Currently, ShareWell does not support Firefox. Please use Chrome or Safari for the best experience.
