About this Group
Many parents face the difficult choice to end a pregnancy due to a devastating maternal or fetal diagnosis. Our online Termination for Medical Reasons (TFMR) Support Group provides non-judgmental support to parents who experienced termination for medical reasons. This group is for moms, dads, partners, gestational and non-gestational parents. Led by PSI-trained facilitators, this group helps bereaved parents find support as well as provides useful information and resources to help them navigate the pain of their loss. Losing a baby can be a lonely experience and this group helps provide an avenue for healing and hope. We are here to help. We do not allow group observation by students or professionals. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding. 🔔 PLEASE NOTE: THIS GROUP IS FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE. We allow the first 16 members to join. Thank you for understanding! ✅Cameras are required during introductions for the safety of all group members. Please make sure your technology allows you to turn on your camera at least briefly for this portion of the session. ✅The session will take place via Zoom (from the ShareWell website), so make sure your device is compatible with the Zoom app. This may require updating or downloading the Zoom app.
