Autism Caregiver Support Circle

About this Group

✨Behavioral approaches, special toys, communication strategies, therapies — so much is discussed about autism and the children, relatives, and loved ones on the spectrum. But what about the ones who are there every day? The ones holding it all together. This support circle is for parents and caregivers navigating the emotional weight of supporting someone on the autism spectrum. It’s a space to talk about responsibility, pressure, guilt, exhaustion, and the quiet grief that often goes unspoken. ✨Here, we focus on: ✨Understanding our children’s and loved ones’ emotional and behavioral rhythms ✨Learning how to re-communicate, adapt, and slow down ✨Exploring what it means to gradually reshape your world around the spectrum ✨Processing guilt, overwhelm, and the constant sense of responsibility ✨Supporting yourself while supporting someone else’s journey This is not a place to fix or diagnose. It is a place to be heard, understood, and supported. This is a safe peer support circle for those walking alongside someone on the autism spectrum — and needing space for themselves in the process.
