The Black Dads in Loss Support Group provides connections for individuals that identify as Black fathers grieving the loss of a pregnancy or infant. This group intends to help bereaved fathers find support and provide helpful information to help them navigate the pain of their loss. Losing a baby or pregnancy can be a lonely experience. PSI understands creating a safe space for Black dads is essential as they encounter unique experiences in miscarriage, infant loss, and infertility. We empower group members to share their journey to inspire others or utilize the group setting as an avenue for healing and hope. We are here to help, and you are not alone. We do not allow group observations by students or professionals. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding. ***The group space will be closed once we reach 16 members OR we have started talk time. ** 🔔 PLEASE NOTE: THIS GROUP IS FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE. We allow the first 16 members to join. Thank you for understanding! ✅Cameras are required during introductions for the safety of all group members. Please make sure your technology allows you to turn on your camera at least briefly for this portion of the session. ✅The session will take place via Zoom (from the ShareWell website), so make sure your device is compatible with the Zoom app. This may require updating or downloading the Zoom app.
