December EFT Tapping Practice- NEW YEARS EVE

About this Group

EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) is a practice that has helped me tremendously over the years. It reduces anxiety and fear, it releases negative emotions stored in the body, and promotes well-being and peacefulness. Whatever your level of knowledge (newbie or pro), we will spend the first few minutes reviewing the tapping points, and then spend the rest of the session tapping. **Please be in a space where you are able to sit quietly and be free of distractions, similar to if you were participating in a meditation class. Please do not join while driving, or around excessive noise or movement to ensure a safe experience for yourself and everyone in the session.**. I am in a stream of consciousness flow during the tapping practice itself. Therefore, I only check the Chat before and after the actual tapping practice, not during the time we are actively tapping on our meridian points. This sessions ends when the flow of the tapping energy and all feedback is complete. It usually lasts 45 minutes, but can last up to one hour when new people attend since we take more time at the beginning to review the tapping points.
