Healing Circle: A Space for Release, Balance & Soul-Level Alignment You are warmly invited into this healing circle — a sacred, compassionate space welcoming all souls who feel called to release what no longer serves and reconnect with balance, clarity, and inner peace. Together, we will gently slow down, ground into the present moment, and engage in practices designed to support emotional, energetic, and spiritual healing. This is a space of safety, presence, and non-judgment, where you are invited to arrive exactly as you are. Our time together will include a guided meditation followed by an EFT* (Emotional Freedom Technique) tapping practice. Through this process, participants may release stagnant or heavy energies such as stress, worry, emotional pain, anxiety, or overwhelm, while also receiving supportive energetic infusions, intuitive insights, and channeled messages that your soul is ready to hear. Each session is guided by intention, compassion, and attunement to the collective energy of the group. **What to Expect: Session Flow:** 1–5 minutes | Arrival & Welcome Please enter the space quietly, as if preparing for a meditation. You are encouraged to be in a calm, private environment — not driving, working, or surrounded by excessive noise or distraction — so you can fully receive the experience. 5–15 minutes | Sharing & Intention Setting (Optional) Participants have the option to share what is currently creating distress, discomfort, or dis-ease — this is what we will focus on releasing. You may also name the qualities or energies you wish to be infused with, such as peace, clarity, confidence, grounding, or self-trust. Sharing is always optional and honored at your comfort level. 15–22 minutes | Guided Meditation We will move into a grounding meditation to settle the nervous system, anchor into the present moment, and gently prepare the body and energy field for the EFT practice. 22–50 minutes | EFT Tapping, Energetic Release & Infusion Through a guided EFT tapping sequence, we will release stagnant or misaligned energies and invite in more supportive, aligned frequencies. During this time, participants may also receive channeled messages, perspective shifts, intuitive awarenesses, and energetic infusions intended to support balance, healing, and integration. 50–58 minutes | Integration & Closing We will conclude with an opportunity to share reflections or experiences, express gratitude for the group container, and gently transition out feeling refreshed, supported, and revitalized. **What is EFT* (Emotional Freedom Technique)?** EFT, often called “tapping,” is a gentle, evidence-informed mind-body practice that combines focused awareness with rhythmic tapping on specific acupuncture points.
