In this 60-minute offering, PSI-trained facilitators will provide skills to navigate the challenging pregnancy and postpartum parenthood seasons mindfully. To be truly mindful is to create awareness around our emotions and the space to truly feel them. Each group will start with education on mindfulness, then practice mindfulness (think breath work, meditation, journaling), and will end with self-reflection and sharing. Please feel free to set up your space to provide comfort and relaxation - having a comfortable place to sit or lay and a journal is encouraged. We do not allow group observation by students or professionals. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
