I started this group because I've been saying I'd start doing stretches 6 days a week but rarely managed to get myself to do them. Everything is easier with company, I've learned, so I thought why not start a group for it? We'll start with quick introductions, then we'll be doing 16 different stretches, holding each for about 30 seconds (I try to watch the clock, but I'm AuDHD and sometimes forget which second I started on) and repeating each twice. Feel free to play your own music softly in the background.
