About this Group
PTSD support group, no cameras required. Member led with a topic chosen at the start of each session. Topics range from hypervigilance, relationships, high cortisol effects on the body, etc. this group is to remain anonymous confidentiality should be maintained at all times, people who attend this group the most likely have already had their privacy and safety invaded. This group is for positive, supportive people looking to share their experiences and the effects of those experiences. A reminder that nobody is their trauma, nobody is their history, you are what you choose to be every day.
