Discover the benefits of yoga at your own pace with a beginner-friendly class for pregnant and postpartum parents. In this 60-minute offering, a PSI facilitator trained in perinatal yoga will guide you through mindful movement, focused breathing, and yoga poses for all trimesters including the postpartum period. Having a comfortable space with props like yoga blocks, bolsters, blankets, pillows, seated furniture, and walls is encouraged to participate in full-body flows that are mobilizing and stabilizing. Classes will begin with introductions and education about perinatal yoga, then will end with a beginner-friendly yoga class. Children and babies are welcome in classes. Flow with us every first and third Wednesday at 11:30 AM EST during Yoga for Pregnant and Postpartum Parents.
