This is an exercise accountability group session where we will have 30 minutes to get our exercise in. 20 minutes of aerobic exercise daily is sufficient for mental wellness. Aerobic isn't the only type of exercise you can engage in. Examples range from walking to yoga. Please join us for accountability and support as we will have an opportunity afterwards to provide support, encouragement, and motivation.
