I'm a musician who works in peer support in the Pacific Northwest. Over time I've learned that sometimes pain can lead to post traumatic growth where you learn more about yourself and who you are and bounce back even stronger than before. Recovery isn't linear but I keep taking it one step at a time. I'm a survivor of sexual assault, DV, emotional abuse, mental health struggles, addiction, and homelessness and I hope to bring people hope that there is light at the end of the tunnel.
