I’m Anie LeGold, a relationship and intimacy coach who helps individuals and couples build deeper self-awareness, emotional depth, and truly meaningful connections. Before stepping into coaching, I spent a decade as an attorney, where I saw firsthand how high-pressure lives can strain relationships. My legal background gave me the discipline and problem-solving skills I now bring into my coaching practice—but my own personal journey is what really shaped my approach. I know what it’s like to feel disconnected, to wonder if something is missing, and to crave deeper intimacy. I’ve been through the ups and downs of love—learning my own worth, breaking old patterns, and ultimately creating a conscious, intentional partnership with my husband. Through it all, I’ve come to believe that healthy, fulfilling relationships don’t just happen—they’re built with care, effort, and self-awareness. And I’m here to help others do the same.
