Brenna7

Hi, my name is Brenna. I’m from lower Alabama and definitely a bit of a weirdo at heart. My life has been shaped by many challenges. I live with borderline personality disorder, severe major depressive disorder, CPTSD, anxiety, and a rare neurological condition called Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS), which began after a major injury to my dominant hand. I do also have multiple other injuries leading to chronic, high pain. These experiences have been difficult, but they’ve also made me resilient

About

What I Hope to Share

I’d like to find a space where I can both give and receive support. My hope is to build meaningful connections, offer care and compassion to others, and in turn feel less alone as I receive the same

What Brought Me to ShareWell

My search for a support group for others with CRPS led me here, and I’m grateful to have found this space. I spend a lot of time alone since it’s not always easy for me to get out, and I’ve been through a lot of trauma in my life. Making changes hasn’t been easy, and I’ve lost friends, family, and people I cared about along the way. Even so, I’m here because I want to keep moving forward — to heal, to grow, and to connect with others who understand
