(She/Her)
I’m Nia Renee, a certified relationship coach, motivational speaker, and author. My journey has been one of deep healing and transformation—from surviving childhood trauma and abusive relationships to living with over 20 chronic and invisible illnesses, including Chiari I Malformation and Idiopathic Intracranial Hypertension. Despite six brain surgeries and ongoing health challenges, I’ve dedicated my life to helping others reclaim their strength and find their voice. I founded How To Love A Battered Woman to support survivors and show that there is life after abuse—and even during chronic illness.
Host Reviews
"NiaRenee, is blessed with a kind, understanding and compassionate heart. I thank her for being just who she is. A gift to this world. Thank you!"
"Oh NiaRenee is a fantastic host. Made me feel so welcomed and more at ease. Love the support of peers as well. So thankfull for this group! "
"My first time in this space - I love writing, so the journaling exercises were PERFECT. Not feeling obligated to speak and feeling it was okay to posit your journal entries into the chat versus speak around a topic was AWESOME! Having the option always on the table to speak (which I did as well) was also perfect. Finally, not feeling alone is everything! Knowing and seeing and hearing others working to survive beyond their abuse is SO IMPORTANT in addition to having a mindful and thoughtful coach to assist. "
"Lovely host. Very caring and attentive! Thank you."

What Brought Me to ShareWell
I was drawn to ShareWell because I believe in the healing power of community. After years of one-on-one coaching and public speaking, I wanted to create a space where people healing from emotional wounds—especially from narcissistic abuse—could gather, connect, and feel seen. ShareWell offers a powerful platform for real, raw, and transformational conversations, and I knew it was the right fit for my mission.
